The American Society for Microbiology is pleased to announce that the 108th General Meeting will be held in the spacious Boston Convention and Exhibition Center in Boston, Massachusetts.

You are invited to prepare and submit an abstract to the 108th ASM General Meeting. Poster sessions will be developed in twenty-seven primary categories that encompass the Divisions of ASM. Last year, over 3,700 abstracts were peer-reviewed and nearly 3,500 were selected for poster presentation at the meeting.

Abstracts Dealing with Microbiological Sensitive Issues
As described in the Council Policy Committee resolution the ASM recognizes that there are valid concerns regarding the presentation of scientific information that could be put to inappropriate use.
