You reap the benefits when you reserve your hotel accommodations within ASM’s block. Your reservations help secure future meeting sites and keeps costs down for attendees and exhibitors. So please be certain to use ASM’s housing provider when booking your hotel reservations.
All housing reservation must be made through Experient by May 18, 2012.
To reserve a room, complete the housing section online, or on the registration form. Please be sure to list your roommates, if any, and indicate if cost, location, or a particular hotel chain is most important. Credit card information must be included with your housing request. To secure housing for asm2012, a credit card number valid through June 2012 must be provided. Your credit card will be charged for one night room and tax.
There are inaccuracies with the hotel map that was printed in the asm2012 Preliminary Program. When referencing the locations of each participating hotel, please be sure to use this updated online version.

Cancellation & Changes Policy
You may contact Experient until May 21 for any changes or cancellations for your housing. Beginning May 22 you should contact the hotel directly for changes or cancellations. Failure to cancel your hotel reservation with the hotel 72 hours prior to your arrival will result in a cancellation fee equal to the first night's room rate.
