ASM is pleased to offer a 10% group discount to institutions that register 5 or more ASM members for the meeting. The deadline to receive this discount is April 25, 2008.

• To qualify, all registrants in the group must be employed/attend at the same institution.
• Group discounts are available only by mail or fax and are not available to those registering online.
• Completed registration forms must be submitted at the same time in one envelope. A 5-person minimum is required or they will not be eligible for the group discount. If one person of the five later cancels their registration, the group rate will no longer apply.
• The 10% Discount will be applied to the total registration amount for the group's submission, not to each individual member's registration. A single payment should accompany the registration forms for the group.
• Standard cancellation fees apply to all group discount registrations.
