General Information

Airports
Logan International Airport (BOS)
Boston's Logan International Airport (BOS) is a major national and international gateway with a unique location close to the city. Not only does Boston provide fast and convenient connections for air travelers anywhere in the world, but no city delivers faster travel times between the airport and its convention centers. It's only 8 minutes from Logan to the BCEC.

Automobile Rental
Avis Rent-A-Car
Avis has extended special rates to ASM exhibitors and attendees. US attendees can contact Avis at 800-331-1084 and provide the code J947942. International attendees may call 918-664-4600. Automobiles may be reserved via the internet at Avis' link above.

Courtesy Shuttle
The General Meeting Courtesy Shuttle will operate Saturday, May 31 - Thursday, June 5 (noon). The full shuttle schedule, including hotels served, will be published in the Final Program and placed in each hotel.

Public Transportation
The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) - better known as "The T" - connects all of Boston and its suburbs by subway, standard rail, bus and commuter boat. The "T" connects the airport with the convention centers and hotels, as well as point-to-point access anywhere in the city. The new Silver Line offers direct public transportation to the new Boston Convention & Exhibition Center from both the airport and downtown Boston via the Seaport World Trade Center.

Taxi Service
24-hour dependable service is available to and from all destinations.
